Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations.

You will work one-on-one with children, collect data, implement interventions under BCBA supervision, and collaborate with families to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
