New Patterns ABA FL in Ocala, FL is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians for part-time in-home and community settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans and support clients and families.

You will collect data, contribute to intervention strategies, and participate in team meetings. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong communication, with opportunity for growth within the company.

Qualifications

Description:

What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
