Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will collect data, implement plans under BCBA supervision, and reinforce learning in a supportive family-centered setting.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment, document progress, and maintain precise records. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Completion of the RBT certification program.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, client-centered therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a part-time RBT, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and children to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
