Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy MN is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. This part-time role supports BCBA/LBA teams, conducts assessments, collects data, implements interventions, and builds strong family partnerships.

Ideal candidates have a psychology/education background, RBT certification, ASD experience, and are comfortable traveling to client homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field.
• RBT certification through BACB.
• Experience with children with ASD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs/LBAs in implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions addressing social, adaptive, and functional skills.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and families through effective communication and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment sessions and progress.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Alight Behavioral Therapy MN, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. • Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address a range of behaviors, including social, adaptive, and functional skills
