Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a home-based setting. You will work with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans and collect data.

The role requires current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) and a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred. This position offers growth in ABA and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients with ASD in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs, including data collection and recording.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and internal teams.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, helping our young clients reach their full potential.
