Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently certified as an RBT by the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities; ABA therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans in a home-based setting, under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to address client needs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other therapists to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress.
• Provide support and guidance to families to promote consistency and generalization of learned behaviors.
