Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Tolleson, AZ is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver in-home, one-to-one ABA services to children with Autism aged 1–21. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with program staff to maintain consistency and quality of care.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and a supportive team environment where feedback is welcomed and professional growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
