Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across New Mexico. Earn $20-$29 per hour with flexible schedules. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth, plus benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout New Mexico.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and ongoing professional development.

What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home,

school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutNew Mexico
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, dependable, and open to feedback

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Experience working with children preferred

Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
