Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Dolan Springs, AZ to support in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona.

You’ll deliver individualized therapy, collect data, and work with BCBA supervisors to implement plans, helping children achieve meaningful progress while growing your career with comprehensive training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred and BACB registration required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You’ll Do

What We Expect From You

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
