Job summary

Total Care ABA in Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in-home, in-school, and in-community settings. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities for training across the state.

Full-time and part-time options are available; you will join a compassionate team focused on meaningful progress for children and families while providing ongoing professional development and support.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in-home, in-school, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
