Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bullhead City, AZ. You’ll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to deliver ABA therapy and collect progress data.

Flexible schedules, competitive pay ($20–$28/hour), and opportunities for training and career growth are offered. Travel to client sites across Arizona is required, with support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
