Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible scheduling and ongoing training. Join a team focused on helping children reach their full potential and thrive in supportive environments.

We value dedication, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally to client sites. Experience with children and ABA is a plus, with opportunities for professional growth and development

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in‑home, in‑school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
