Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative team. The RBT will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and work with families to reach client goals in a positive, engaging setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.

• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (Afternoon & Evening)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
