Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring for in-home and in-person ABA therapists who provide one-on-one services to children with Autism. The role emphasizes high-quality data collection, clear communication with families, and close collaboration with supervisors to ensure effective therapy plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data, and prepare data for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Job Responsibilities
