Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Buckeye, AZ seeks qualified therapists to deliver in-home ABA services to children with Autism ages 1-21. Positions include both part-time and full-time roles with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

RBT certification is required, along with reliable transportation and strong communication with families and staff. Benefits include weekly pay and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
