Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is hiring for a part-time RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive setting. You will follow treatment plans from a supervising BCBA, track client progress, and travel to client homes or designated sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other service locations.
