Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

The position offers a flexible schedule, PTO, and paid training and supervision. A valid RBT certification and ability to pass Virginia background checks are required, with reliable

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
