Job summary

Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is seeking dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

We offer a flexible schedule, PTO, paid training and supervision, a referral program, and opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
