Job summary

Era ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, communities, or schools in Virginia. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid time off, and a referral program, with competitive pay ($24–$28/hour) and opportunities for growth. In-person, in Virginia locations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
