Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, communities, or schools under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors in real-world environments.

The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, competitive pay, and paid training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
