Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy in Piedmont, MO is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, follow individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete the 40-hour RBT training.

• Experience working with children or in ABA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally
