Beyond Core Therapy in Greenfield, MO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home or school environments. The role supports BCBA-developed plans, and you will collect and document progress data while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

We offer a structured schedule with weekdays, opportunities for growth, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Qualificações

• Must have active RBT certification.
• Experience collecting and documenting client progress data.
• Reliable transportation to client sites and/or school locations.

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment




• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA




• Collect and accurately document data on client progress




• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members




• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills




• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Active RBT certification




• High school diploma or equivalent




• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)




• Valid CPR & First Aid certification




• Ability to pass a background check




• Reliable transportation

Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
