Job summary

B Above Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress while partnering with families for meaningful change.

The role offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, and competitive pay starting at $23 per hour with health insurance and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed for in-home/community visits.

Responsibilities
