B Above is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children grow through high-quality ABA therapy. You’ll work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings.

We offer flexible hours, comprehensive training with supervision from experienced BCBAs, PTO and holiday pay, and competitive pay from $23 to $28 per hour.

This role directly improves independence and confidence for the children and families we serve.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation to home, school, and community sites.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
• Collaborate clinical team members
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
• Partnering with families to create meaningful change
• Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions
