Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Tooele, UT team. This role offers 15 hours per week with shifts Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am–2pm, at $24–$29 per hour.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools, follow BCBA plans, and document client progress, collaborating closely with families and our clinical staff. You will help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40-hour RBT training completed (if applicable).
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child.

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
