Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Tooele team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home or school settings, following BCBA-designed plans, and recording progress data.

Ideal candidates include those with RBT certification, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to travel locally. The role offers part-time hours (15 pw) with a supportive clinical/administrative team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 40-hour RBT training required (if applicable).
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school environments.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child.

YOUR ROLE

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background checkReliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally

Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
