Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy in St. Louis, MO is seeking a passionate Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with 1:1 therapy in home or school settings, under BCBA supervision, to help children develop essential skills.

You will collect data, participate in treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians to create a positive learning environment. Prior RBT certification and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• SPANISH SPEAKING RBT OR BILINGUAL
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel local

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school environments
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and accurately document data on client progress

• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
