Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Piedmont, MO. This role supports 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings with BCBA guidance.

You'll collect data, follow treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a supportive clinical team to promote meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school environments.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child.

Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Piedmont, MO.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $24–$29 per hour

• 35 hours per week

• Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
