Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Grain Valley, MO. Earn $22-$28/hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. You’ll provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
