Beyond Core Therapy in Carl Junction, MO is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes or school settings, under BCBA guidance, with supportive supervision from our clinical staff.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and BCBAs, and help children build essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a safe, positive learning space.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Carl Junction, MO!

WHAT WE OFFER

• $24–$29 per hour

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and accurately document data on client progress

• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills

• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Active RBT certification

Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
