Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC in Warrenton, MO is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy with child-led, naturalistic approaches.

You’ll implement individual treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families, BCBAs, and our team to support positive outcomes. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14-day training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic.

• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Position Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Working Conditions

• Physical engagement such as bending, lifting, and floor activities may be required.
• Work environment and daily schedule may vary based on client needs.

$20 - $25 an hour
