Beyond Core Therapy is growing and seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Carl Junction, MO. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.

This position offers afternoon hours Monday through Friday, 1pm-3pm, with 10-15 hours per week, bonus opportunities, PTO, and a supportive clinical and administrative

Formación

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable).
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school environment.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child.

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and accurately document data on client progress

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
