Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Piedmont, MO. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and school settings under BCBA guidance.

You will collect data, document progress accurately, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to support communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training where applicable.
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and/or school environments.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child.

Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Piedmont, MO.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 35 hours per week

• Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

YOUR ROLE

As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child
