Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Eudora, KS to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You will help build essential life and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.

Earn $22-$28/hr with a $200 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, treatment plans by a BCBA, and close coordination with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help you get certified.
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
