Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or are pursuing), 1+ year experience with children or developmental needs, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong data collection and teamwork skills. Competitive hourly pay $22-$28 with a $200 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or in progress.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
