Job summary

Golden Care Therapy in Georgia is hiring an ABA Therapist (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, potential to convert to full-time, and an onboarding bonus of $250.

You will collect data, implement behavior-analytic strategies per treatment plans, and maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. RBT certification is required, and prior ABA or special education experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience in ABA or applied behavior analysis is preferred.
• In-home 1:1 ABA service delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging ones according to treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
