Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD under supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, implementing behavior-analytic strategies, and clear communication with families and the team. Onboarding bonus is available and flexible scheduling supports part-time hours with potential full-time growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• In-home ABA services with ASD experience preferred (1 year).
• Experience with special education and ABA techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
