Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD, under supervision. You will implement treatment plans and collect data to track progress.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA strategies, strong communication with families, and collaboration with a BCBA supervisor to support growth. Prior ABA exposure and an RBT certification are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in ABA.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
• Follow behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and safety.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
