Job summary

Golden Care Therapy GA is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism. You will apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning and safety according to each patient’s treatment plan.

The role requires data collection, regular communication with families and supervisors, and collaboration with our BCBA-guided team. RBT certification is required, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors following the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
