Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD. You will apply behavior-analytic strategies to improve function and reduce challenging behaviors, following each patient’s treatment plan.

Data will be collected and submitted on an electronic system, with strong communication maintained with families, supervisors, and administration. The role offers a flexible schedule with potential for full-time hours and includes onboarding support.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• 1 year in special education preferred.
• 1 year in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
