Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our in-home, 1:1 therapy team. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time hours and potential to grow into full-time as we expand services for children with ASD.

You will deliver ABA services under supervision, collect and enter data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to implement treatment plans. RBT certification is required, and onboarding bonuses are available for new hires.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year experience in Special Education preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to work in-home with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs.
