Job summary

Golden Care Therapy IN is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism. The role offers $24-28 per hour, with part-time hours and potential for full-time, plus a $250 onboarding bonus.

The position emphasizes ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the team while providing supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Special education: 1 year preferred.
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors according to the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
