Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors to ensure program fidelity.

The role offers a pay rate of $22.00–$30.00 per hour, with a $250 onboarding bonus and flexible scheduling, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• In-home ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Special education experience of 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

Full Job Description:

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
