Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy in Burlington, NC. The role is part-time and involves working under the supervision of a BCBA to help children with ASD thrive in their home environment.

The position focuses on implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families. Training and professional development opportunities are provided within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
