Job summary

Astra ABA in North Carolina is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes. You will implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, using ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET to support children's growth.

Qualifications

• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs and company policies.

• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.

• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.

• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.

• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
