Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy, working 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible scheduling supports part-time or full-time roles, with opportunities for professional development and bonuses.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to help children reach their full potential in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in psychology/education is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
