Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement plans under BCBA supervision, and collect data on progress. A valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a background check are required.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), ongoing training, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Requirements
