Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Expect flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth as you provide 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families and the clinical team in achieving client goals.

Qualifications

• ABA experience working with children or in ABA settings.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support goals.
• Pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and local travel as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
