Job summary

Astro ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time available, with mileage reimbursement if applicable.

We provide ongoing training, supportive supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for career advancement in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families.
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child.

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
