Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement individualized plans developed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling with afternoon and evening options; candidates should have an RBT certification, at least a high school diploma, and be able to travel locally while maintaining a safe, engaging therapy

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA or children preferred.
• Able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and local travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (Afternoon & Evening)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
